About

The Teacher

I am a Christian mom trying to provide the best for my family. I love God with all my heart, and He is the reason I am able to come close to being who I am and who I want to be. I love nature and see the glory of God in everything that God has made. I live in the past. I love history and period movies. I’m all romance and imagination, I have a love for all things beautiful! (i.e. music, art, nature, poetry etc.) I LOVE to cook and bake. I have two adorable red headed children whom I love with all my heart. My #1 passion is taking care of my family. I’m super frugal and hate wasting money! I’m a quiet person who enjoys a quiet slow paced life. I’m not into the rat race or materialistic wealth.

The best things in life….are not things!

"Education is thus a most powerful ally of humanism, and every American school is a school of humanism. What can a theistic Sunday school's meeting for an hour once a week and teaching only a fraction of the children do to stem the tide of the five-day program of humanistic teaching?" — C.F. Potter, signer of Humanist Manifesto 1930
